Document Imaging-101 is a course designed to take students through the fundamentals of document imaging and document management (DI/DM) so that they will have a well-rounded understanding of industry terminology and methods. The course will prepare professionals for performing their duties within the industry as well as provide a foundation for more advanced training for professional certification.

Our goal is to provide students with a comprehensive, vendor-neutral introduction to the world of document imaging. The Document Imaging-101 training course will provide its participants with a solid foundation that will enable them to perform confidently in the workplace and will prepare students to successfully complete advanced CDIA+ training should they desire further training.
